Our aim is to provide a relaxed, friendly, home-from-home environment in which to enjoy your time in the New Forest on the beautiful South Coast of England. Open all year round, we are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, so you will be awakened by the morning bird song.

All rooms, are on the ground floor and en-suite. The completely self contained apartment comprises the Emmins suite, the Rosina suite and a fully equiped kitchen. For extra sleeping capacity the Joyce suite can also be included at extra cost. No part of the apartment is shared with the rest of Westbury House. There are grab rails at the front door step and next to the toilets in the Emmins and Joyce suites. A shower stool is also available. The apartment is at the front of the bungalow and is completely private with its own front and side door with a lockable internal door separating it from the remainder of Westbury House. Our flower-filled conservatory overlooking our lovely garden and water features is available for guests use. For meals out there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We are within easy reach of the sea, the New Forest, Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton and the sailing centre of the historic town of Lymington. Local leisure facilities include water sports, golf, walking, shopping, theatres, cinemas, historic houses and many other visitor attractions. A day out in London is only a two-hour train ride away.

If you have taken early retirement and would like to provide comfortable accomodation for visiting friends and family as well as earning extra income, contact us. We have enjoyed doing just this for some years, but now plan to retire to look after our two grand children on a full time basis.)
