	The dining room has some kitchen units with facilities for preparing light meals and opens onto the conservatory. Included in the price is a welcome pack including cling film, kitchen towel, metal foil, one of Val's home baked loaves, butter, sugar, jam, milk, tea, coffee, fruit.

The conservatory contains arm chairs, a dining table for two and Val's treasured water feature made by a potter friend.

	The bedroom contains a 6 foot double bed which converts to twin (one hard and one medium mattress). For storage there is a dressing table, bedside cabinets, Georgian "whatnot" with drawers and a fitted wardrobe. The Georgian "whatnot" houses a TV with Digibox and video recorder.
